Villa Kate is located in the quiet village of Lepuri, 10km from the town of Benkovac. The house is ideal for
quiet and relaxing stay with a beautiful view of the sunset and the surrounding area.
It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the ground floor is a fully equipped
modern kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. A flat-screen TV and air conditioning are provided
living room and all bedrooms. You also have private parking, free WIFI throughout
the home. The living room opens onto a terrace in front of which is a swimming pool 10mx4m with deck chairs and
pergola. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and space for
fun with darts, table tennis, and football. The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden
where there are flower beds and seasonal vegetables from our own cultivation as an offer to our
guests. You can visit Krka National Park, Kornati, Vrana Lake Ornithological Park, Park
Nature Paklenica.

building a house in the countryside. We are very accommodating and communicative and we like each other at all times
